Rental Protection Plan
A $25 damage protection charge is available at checkout online.
It will automatically be added in when requesting a custom quote unless requested for it to be removed.
This plan covers the first $100 of broken or damaged equipment and 50% of any additional damage. The remaining 50% will be the customer's responsibility.
If Damage Protection is Declined:
The customer will be responsible for the full cost of replacement or repair of the equipment.
Please Note:
The Damage Protection Plan is not insurance and does not cover:
Rental items not returned
Theft
Damage from vandalism
Damage from failure to secure rental items during transport
Overloading or exceeding the rated capacity of rental items
Damage to motors or other electronic devices caused by artificial current
Damage from overturning
Weather-related damage
Damage to third-party sub-rental items or specialty linens
If the Rental Protection Plan is declined, the client will be responsible for the full retail replacement cost of the damaged items.
